Did you number your tables on the floorplan they gave you or did you use the numbers they already had on there.
the floorplan gives me 19 tables but I only need 15 so I wanna exclude the one's by the door but then the numbers are out of order... if I'm not making any sense let me know

i had the same question for WCC .... they said the numbers stay the same so you may have to skip some.
that's why i don't have a table #9

I called JT and asked but my matre'd wasn't there and I don't think the guy on the phone really understood what I was asking.
I figured I'd throw it out to Jill since she and I have the same room there

at the Coral House they let us renumber the tables because we could only have 9 tables on 1 side and then we had 15 on the other side... they let us renumber the tables on the right side so we didnt skip any numbers

I'm not jillibabi..but I can answer your question.
We just crossed out the ones we didn't want (and they ended up being out of order too)...and made sure to put our own numbers on the seating chart where we wrote everyone's names so they knew what matched up. As long as you make it clear which table number you want where its not a problem at all. Your Maitre'd will even go over it with you at your meeting.
