wish me luck girls! I have a job interview today w/ another school disctrict...I'm a leave replacement, and just found out the person I'm in for is coming back- boo - I love the district that I am in.
Oh well, the plus side is I got to sleep late this morning and chat on LIW before I go!

It was okay, I kind of feel like a spaz on interviews..I always forget the education 'buzz' words...I'm like, 'Well, I really try to have the kids in groups doing different activities to fit their needs...' and the scary people interviewing me answer, ' yes, thats differentiation'...ahhh. But overall, it went pretty well

that happened to me on an interview. i just blocked up. i was describing a balanced lietracy program but just could not remember the name b/c i was nervous. thankfully the man was very nice.
