Job Interview Questions help

How would you answer these:

Tell me about yourself

Have you ever been flexible with a client & if so how?

I think different recruiters look for different things ...

if were to ask - tell me about yourself, I would like the candidate to summarize their past work history and highlight the things that would make me want to hire them for the position they were interviewing for. It's helpful to have something in mind already for that one. You may also try to mention some unique things about yourself - scan the person's office - maybe they have a diploma from the same school you went to or some other thing in common - work that into your 'tell me something about yourself' presentation, and the hiring manager will remember you over other candidates.

Just avoid disclosing anything personal that could be discriminating - employers can't ask about marital status, if you have kids, etc - they also can't discriminate against you if they know these things, but it may happen unintentionally so just don't mention it.

As far as the client question or any other question that seems challenging - think about what the employer is trying to figure out - that one may be a question of ethics - I don't know you're industry, but all employers want ethical employees that will treat their clients fairly and consistently. Or they may be trying to see if you will go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done.

I hope that helps a little ... Good luck!
