Hello ladies, I just got home from a job interview, and I think it went well. I have to meet with the director of the department on Tuesday, and I am really nervous! I have no idea what this woman is going to ask me and I feel like I am going to clam up! This is the first real interview I ever went on, (the one for my job now they really just looked at my resume and hired me on the spot they needed people so bad). Any pointers??

just relax and remember to present yourself well. It also helps to make good eye contact. Good luck!

smile. look them directly in the eye. if you need to think about an answe or get your thoughts in order after they ask you something look to the wall for a second, breath in then give your answer. this gives you about 5 seconds to get things in your head in order.
be prepared.
look up the company on the internet and get familiar with the company.
ask them quesitons at the end of the interview.
something i do which helps is at home write down interview questions and answer them. this way you'll have something in writing in front of you and just study your answers this way on the interview you'll have your answers in your head and will be very well prepared.
