Well - I got asked back to an interview on wednesday - for a shadow interview - but i don't think the job is for me - so I will have to think about it

Go on the interview anyway...you may get a different look at the job....Something that you didnt see on yesterday's interview...you never know. If you dont think its for you after the next interview then tell them you dont think you are interested in the position.

I went back and forth - but I think I won't do the second interview - FH agrees with me on this one - it was for an advertising firm - for a management position - but they want me to shadow someone (girl or guy) from 11am - 9pm in the field and I don't think that is something that I am interested in...so I have had three companies email about whether I would be interested in an interview and they seem to be more jobs that I would be interested in so I think I will hold off -
D&S I agree normally I would but the whole job I think is not for me - but I was going back and forth to whether I was going out of simple curiosity

christine...I have to agree with your decision...I read recently that shadow interviews are a company's cheap way to get labor for the day. especially the length they want you to stay...
I think 1-4 hours would be sufficient to figure out if the person is compatable...
