Administrative Assistant ($30 per hour) - Financial Institution
Coordinate the restore and discovery activities for emails and personal folders form various “vaults and systems”.
Review retrieved content and prepare it for the legal community in support of their work.
Help Desk coordination for legal team when issues arise.
Typical working week will be 40 – 55 hours
Platforms: Windows XP (windows directory structures), MS Exchange, MS Explorer
Database Systems: Excel
Other Programming Skills: Excel, Word
Project Experience : Must have administration experience in an office environment. Must be familiar with MS Office. Having worked as an administrator for a legal or accounting practice would be useful. Knowledge of what an MS Exchange .pst archive file is would be helpful.
Communication Skills: Must be able to talk clearly and concisely. Written skills are a plus. The role requires working with lawyers so a good understanding of complicated issues tied in with severe time constraints is vital. Long and sustained powers of concentration will be needed.
