Ok, I did a search and saw the posting of an article that they were auctioned to the owners of Terrace on the Park. Now, what happens if I book my July 2006 wedding there? That is where I wanted SOO bad to have my wedding (fell in love @ 1st site), but had been hearing about banckrupcy so did not book and kept looking.
What would you guys do? Is it too much of a risk? What if they make changes and hten I no long like it?

my friends are getting married there in july 05, and the people there are honoring everything. If you book, it should not be a problem

I would be a bit cautious since they will be new owners. I am sure that they are going to change a lot of things. I would look around and if you can talk to the new owners. If they say that they are going to honor something have them sign something.

my friend is booked for june 06' and so far they are gonna honor it all. I would talk to them. Terrace on the Park happens to be excellent so if they are the new owners I would expect good things.

Terrace on the park is excellent. I wouldn't worry - as a matter of fact, the place will probably improve.
I might try to book soon. JA's prices are really reasonable. Once the new owners come in and start improvements, I am sure they will raise the prices!

OKay not to sound negative but I went to a wedding there recently and the food was really bad. Maybe the new owners will be better

Im having mine at JA and when I heard first that they were going bankrupt, I almost had heart palpatations. Then when I heard they were changing ownership, I read all the news I could before calling them. I have gone to 2 bridal expos there, where I sampled the food and it was great! I still think its beautiful there, and i HOPE NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS TO IT
