John Anthony's Website????

I would forget the website and go see it in person. I went to go see it today and it's pretty dirty on the outside. There was a huge rust spot on the front of the building and green (very noticable) mold and pealing paint on the side of the building. Also, the entire building was very dirty (this is a white building we're talking about)and it needs to be cleaned! Yes it has a nice water view, but they're not cheap and the least they could do is give it a good paint job!

There is nothing in the rules that says that a vendor may not post on this site. They may not solicit business, etc etc..but there is nothing that says they cannot offer advice or opinions.
