Joined WW at work today!

Need to lose 30lbs in 3 months( 12 weeks) so wish me luck! Then (once dress is bought) another 20!!!

9 months - 50 lbs...can it be done?

30lbs might be pushing it, but I think you can definitely do 20-25. Everyone is different, I have hit a 3 week plateau of no gain/loss, but I'm losing inches. I guess that's a good thing.
