In addition to our actual favor, we're doing the little packs of jordan almonds wrapped in tulle. How far in advance do you think I can make them? Do jordan almonds get stale? I'd like to get as much done as soon as possible, but I don't want the almonds to be inedible by the time our wedding rolls around. Thanks ladies!

I got mine from Linda's Lovelies. She said not to get them more than 2 months before the wedding because they do get stale and hard. I got them 2 weeks before.
