I'm Italian so these are a must for our wedding! I want to have them on people's plates when they go to dinner, I found these really cute little 'flowers' where you put each almond into a different 'petal' and after the 5 are in they look like a flower. I would also like to attach a poem about the meaning of giving the 5 almonds, I was wondering if anyone has seen any. Thanks!

I'm italian too and wanted to do these as well, but when it came down to it they were too expensive to buy assembled and I couldn't be bothered with another DIY project... I was disappointed, but ended up just doing the almonds in tulle circles which were a fraction of the cost.
