For out favors we bought engraved martini glasses and made little bags and attached a note. We are putting jordan almonds into the bags and then putting it in the glass....the glasses and bags are all ready to go. How far in advance can we buy/assemble the almonds so they won't go bad? I know they last awhile but just want to be sure. THANKS!

Re: Jordan almonds question
I think that if you keep them in the packaging they can last about 3-4 weeks. If they are loose then I would but them in a ziplock and put that in an air tight container. Should be fine.
Honestly I think that they can last a while but the air will affect the candy shell so you want to keep them wrapped.

Re: Jordan almonds question
Yup! I agree! I am ordering mine from the Jordanalmond.com website. They suggest getting them 3-4 weeks in advance.
