I saw your post on the vendor board. I also love tulips and I am using them for my bouquet and centerpieces. The only thing that my florist said was that the Tulip will continue to grow after cutting. This may make the flower open in your bouquet (if you wanted it closed).
I am using Gigi at Flowerden for my florist.

Re: JoRo Tulip Question
I am doing tulips for my BM boo-k's and centerpieces too! I was thinking of keeping the boo-k's with the long stems..what are you doing? I am still undecided on how I want them to look...got any good pics???

Re: JoRo Tulip Question
I used tulips in my centerpieces and BMs bouquets...
The centerpieces were great - I wanted the tulips free to form their own way and it was beautiful.
The bouquets were awesome. They weren't only tulips though. We had other flowers in there to provide some support and structure around the tulips.
My florist also warned me against the tulips because they continue growing and don't hold up as well. The centerpieces lasted over a week (they had water supply). The tulips in the bouquets lasted long enough, but weren't doing as well but the end of the night (didn't matter because they were the BM's bouquets - not mine. They were done with them).

Re: JoRo Tulip Question
hotelcalie - they're calla lillies.
in the MOH bouquet (top pic) there are yellow calla lillies, grace fressia (ivory), black magic roses, tulips and berries.
The only difference in the BM bouquets (second picture) is that the fressia is yellow instead of ivory.
