My sister used Jovan for her wedding - Francois was the photog I think (+1 assistant).

I have some pics in My Pics, they're the one of me in the salmon colored dress. She was very happy with them. they got some really really beautiful pics. no complaints.

i heard they have like 8 photogs too so you're not looking at someone that might get taken before you book.

BTW, I scanned not so good copies of teh pics so the originals have much better res

I am using them for my wedding. They are expensive but do great work! I have Dan as my photographer - we just took our e-pics with him and he is really nice and calm.
Do a search on the review board - a few brides have used them -
Just an FYI - some reviews are positive and some negative. But as with all vendors you have to trust your gut and make sure you are comfortable with them.

We went there to price them, and everything seemed a la carte, and they mentioned they have a full time collections person because of all the albums they have there that people never paid for, so I thought that was a little TMI!
