Jovon Brides- have a question

Hi there- for those of you who have or are using Jovon Photography did you hire a 2nd photographer? If so, who? I want to do this but when I ask them for the names that I hear, they keep telling me that that person is now a 1st photographer only!! Thanks!

I am using Beth as my second photographer! She did our engagement pictures and is incredible! She also did my friends wedding!

It really depends on who it is. The difference between the quote my future sister in law got a year later with one photographer and me last year with two was about $1000. I dont know what is for the second photographer and what is for the fact that prices went up in a year.

baby blue who is your first photographer? ours is telmo. I love him... We did our shoot last night, My FH gave him 20 dollars, I heard most people dont' and was even wondering if that was cheap but did it anyway. I am thinking of adding a 2nd photographer...

My first photographer is Frank A and my 2nd photographer is Beth. Beth did our engagement shoot and our pictures were amazing. I just love her! I didnt even think to tip her now I feel bad. I will have to make up for it on the wedding day. I have been dealing with Midge over there and she is just an incredible person to work with. She has become more of a friend to my FH and I.

I'm using JoVon also. I have Telmo as my first and Beth as my second. Telmo did my e-pics and I loved them!!

Edited to say: they will work with you on a package. I am only having Beth from early AM to the end of cocktail hour (9 AM - 2PM) rather than 6 when the reception ends and they charged me 1/2 of what they normally do.

From what I was told some 2nd photographers are more than others. Some are $1000- I think those are the newer ones and some are $2000 extra. I think it's pretty steep but we wound up paying it because we wanted a 2nd photographer.
