Welcome to LIW!!!!!

FM stands for Forum Mail, go to the top of the page and click on the icon with the envelope, it's one of the ones in a green bar, next to My Account. Then click on Write Forum Mail, it'll open a new message. Just type in the username you want to write to and send it like an email. Good luck!! Hope I helped!!
