I know this has been a touchy subject & although I am not saying they are great--I went this week for my 'design sessions' & in the back of my mind I was waiting for something to go wrong. I have to say that everything went well I was a little disappointed when we got up to picking a stand for the CPs but other than that everything went really smoothly. I also believe that they have taken what brides have said on this board & incorporated it into their 'contract' (for a lack of a better word). I received my contract before I left & was asked to read it & initial before I left. I also requested a sample be made & was told it would be no problem they would make it for me in Oct. The contract also was much shorter than previous brides had said it was & it is because they got rid of alot their praising & have now made it an option of whether to sign off on your wedding day on teh flowers or not. I just thought I would post for those J&R brides out there & to ease some minds for anyone going to a future design session. I must also say though that I am NOT a flower person but knew kinda what i wanted & they complied with all my requests. I thought they were a little pricey on extra corsages but my FH said that he just wanted to get everything there. Anyway just thought I would post if you have any questions you can always FM me.
