I am having 2 Jr. Bridesmaids who will be 9 & 10 at the time of the wedding. I want them to look like little kids but not in big poofy dresses- I also have a flower girl who will be two and she will probably be wearing a big poofy dress.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to wear I might find some cute Jr.Bridesmaid/Flower girl dresses that come in colors other than white?

I'm having to 2 junior BM's also who will be 10 & 11 at the time of the wedding. I am probably going with a Bill Levkoff dress (that's what my BM dresses are). They offer different colors. I didn't check out the FG dresses.

Eden Bridals has a lot of mature looking flower girl dresses and Junior BM dresses.

I ordered WaWa dresses they come up to girls size 14.
The cheapest place for them was as netbride.com and they were super great, everything as expected, and customer service was great.
Bill Levkoff makes a complete line of bm dress, junior bm, and flower girl dresses. Fairly reasonable. They have a wide range of colors to chose from. I feel the same way I didn't want my junior bridesmaid to look too grown up. She is 11 and unfortunately she was way too tall for the junior bm dresses, so we got her a bm dress and are adding thicker straps to it.
