I am 6 weeks away till my wedding...Should I have gotten a letter in the mail about our food tasting by now? Should I call them this week to inquire about a food tasting? Or do you think I have plenty of time?

There is no actual food tasting at JT... unless you really push the issue to your BM and even in that case, they dont give you much. At 6 weeks, you normally get a letter to set up a menu appointment with Anna in order to go over what you picked for your menu, cakes, and such.
If you havent received it yet, I would just call and make an appt with Anna bc from what I hear, thats pretty much what the letter says. I already made my appt with her and I have not gotten a letter yet...

I'm pretty sure you dont a tasting at all. I know we didn't. But I was told you pick out the menu 4-6 weeks before.

I was there for the last showcase and I was talking to Anna. She told me to call in late July to set up my appointment to go over the menu and other details for my November wedding. I would say call her, what can it hurt
