Hi ladies, I have the deluxe menu (9). What did you ladies choose? Did you put stuff on your menu that wasn't on the list?? I don't know if I'm feeling the whole menu as it is. The sides that JT offer... spinach and potato something? Can you substitute another side (maybe baked potato or mashed potatoes)?

the only thing you choose between on the deluxe menu is either filet mignon or ny strip steak, the rest of the stuff is as is. I liked how it was bc it had something for everybody, it had chicken, veal, beef, duck, pork, vegetarian and pasta main entree, shrimp
for my wedding they did a different side, but i didnt even ask for it. Our maitre'd said he tried something new that they were starting to do. And also instead of doing just the pasta course you can do the duet which also has risotto, we did this.

ok im trying real hard to remember lol. Like i said, our maitre'd told us the new sides he used when we got to the RH the day of the wedding. I didnt eat my dinner well just some of the shrimp. I think it was some vegetable wrapped in pastry dough, maybe asparagus since ive seen that before, but then also with something else which im sorry i cant remember.
Its funny but as the bride and groom, you eat less things than anybody else. I didnt even know they served champagne with berries in them at CH until AFTER i received my proofs hahaha

I didnt do the deluxe menu...I felt we were getting enough food as is.
We were told we can definatly change the sides if its not what we want.

I feel like I was so blindsided at JT... I didn't EVEN KNOWWWWW that there was even a choice of other menus with less food. Granted, it's awesome to have 9 choices, but I had no clue along with the skylight room being smaller than I thought.... I'm still trying to be a positive bride lol I just hope they can change the sides, b/c I would def. want something else.
