I can seriously not say enough about how much i love Jericho Terrace. Friday FH and I went to make a payment after blocking out our hotel rooms and i asked the girl at the desk if she could check our balance, 5 min later our BM Robert came out and invited us into his office. he told us our balance cleared up any new questions we had about our wedding then asked us if we wanted 2 tickets to that nights Yankee game , he said they are the owners box seats and he couldn't go and offered them to us, we went had a great time and sat 6 rows behind the foul pole, i just thought it was awesome that he offered them to a client were as he could have called one of his friends to take the tickets .... it shows that they have great customer service.

JT girl here...and I'm so happy to hear this. I knew there was a reason we chose them. They just have this 'family' feel to their RH and they make you feel so comfortable and important.

i know that is great of them. They offered FH tickets too and he called FH when he had tickets available but that day he had a softball game so couldn't go but it was nice of them
