ok, did you girls wear your hair up or down? I really want to wear it half up/half down but i'm SO scared that with the July humidity it's going to end up being frizzy! can you girls give me some advice on how your hair was on the wedding day? (my hair's naturally wavy, i usually straighten it and it holds well) TIA!!!

I have pin straight hair. I got married July 16 and decided to wear all my hair up because of the hot, humid weather. I am sooooo glad I did because it was sooo hot and humid it would have been a frizzy mess and really annoying on my neck. My SIL and MOH wore theirs down and it was driving them crazy and got really messy looking. It was their choice but I think if they had it to do over again they would have worn it up. JMO you will look beautiful no matter what you do.

I originally wanted to wear my hair down and I'm so glad I didn't. Even though it was only 80 degrees on my wedding day, I felt hot in my ballgown dress. My hair would have been a mess by the end of the day.

I wore it all down, and it was fine all day. However, my day was unusuallt, July 7, the high was like 82 and there was NO humidity.... But I have naturally curly hair and I always straighten it, even going to the beach for pix, it stayed nice until the very end of the reception, when I was dancing but my butt of, then the sweat made the ends curl alittle! Yo should be fine! Go with you gut! Or if you think its too much w/ it down, wear it half down! HTH! Good luck!
My sister was married July 3rd and had her hair all up. It was the best decision she made because the day was hot and sticky.

I was a July 1, 2006 bride and I wore my hair half up and half down. It was a gorgeous, sunny beautiful day and I have curly hair-I had no issues

I was married July 16th and wore my hair all up. It was a very hot day, so it was nice to have my hair up and off my neck. It stayed perfect all day and night even after lots of dancing!

i had trouble deciding whether or not to go all up or half -up/half-down myself. i already knew my hair could hold all up, so in june i had a hair trial for half-up/half-down and thats when i decided not only did i not like the style on me, but that my hair did not hold very well at all. you could always try a trial closer to yur wedding date, when the weather is warmer! i got married on july 7th last year and i lucked out with the humidity, because it felt so nice out-it wasn't gross and sticky like i thought it would be! i was hot during pics outside and i think i would have felt a lot worse if i had my hair on my back.

I also have wavy curly hair, and tends of frizz up in humdity, so I put my hair up.

i wore my hair down. the temp was 86 and clear no humidity! IT was wonderful. and we got married on the beach!!
I didnt care whether it would be humid or not. i wanted it down, and that is how i had it!

mine was all the way up and it was hott that day... but go with what you want, if ur going to be in doors alot then you could do both, i did up, bc i planned on being outside for a while!
