I posted this originally in 2010 thread but it didn't pop up as new post.
When do we pick the wedding menu? My wedding is July 16th. Will someone contact me about this or do I have to go ahead and call myself?? I feel like the only time anyone contacts me is when they want money. The only person that ever replies to my emails is Raquel Wolfe the free wedding planner person!!

we did our tasting about 5 weeks before the wedding. They will call you but if you want you can always call them to ask about it. We usually just call Joe the general manager and deal directly with him.

i contacted them since I wanted the food tasting earlier...and they aren't really proactive about contacting back. it takes about a week or so for them to get back to you which i think is lame.

We set up an appointment like 3 weeks ago to go in and see people in person to see what was going--like when we needed to get things done. At this time Eileen booked us our tasting for May 12th. Maybe try to call her or ask for Joe specifically. I think the tastings are on Wednesdays. Good luck!

We went for our tasting this past wednesday but still haven't picked our menu and they didn't really say anything about when we need to give our choices. so i'm really not sure what's going on and it's less than a month away. I contacted Joe on friday but haven't heard back.
