I picked up my invitations on Saturday and my addresses and envelopes are at calligrapher.

I made my thank you cards for this shower that I am 'not having according' to my maid of honor. LOL. Now I just need to get stamps and then I am ready to write them(when the time comes that is). I got all the supplies to make the cards at Oriental Trading.

We booked cocktail hr. music.

I ordered my undergarments for the wedding day.

This week I want to set up misc. doctors appts so that I don't have to worry about this when we get back from the honeymoon.

I have no clue when my shower is going to be. I really originally thought it was going to be this coming weekend because my fiance's grandparents are coming from Florida and I know they won't be back until the wedding but nothing really has come off of my registry. I can honestly say, I will be surprised when it happens.

Where did everyone get their shoes? I have a pair but I don't know if I like them anymore.

I still have to get my undergarments but I think I am going to wait because I am still losing weight.

My bridal party gifts are next on the list.

July 7th brides......when are u sending ur invites out?????MY mom and i were talkin.....and thinking after easter....bc we didnt want to send them when easter cards are in the mail!? What do you think?????????????

Is that too soon??? I haven't even ordered mine yet!!!!!!!!!! YIKES!!! LOL

It says to give people 6-8 weeks....so ill be giving them 6.....my RSVP is the9th of june

I thought it was 6-8 weeks from the wedding date. I went to three weddings in July last year and I got all of the invites in mid-end of May. I just ordered mine the other day and will probably send them out May 5th -10th with the RSVP date as June 20th.

it is - I just looked it up. I was starting to panic. I'm sending mine the 1st week of May most likely.

I was planning to send them out the beginning of May!!

I am afraid that if you send them too early, people will forget they have the invite and forget to mail back the response card.
