I'm using callas,roses and stephanotis for my BOK.
My BM's will have callas and the GM will have one also.
My CP's are a mix of different flowers, all in the same color family as my BM's BOKs.

Wedding Bands
Tuxes
Organize Music
Seating Arrangements
BP Gifts
Send out invitations
Passports
Wrap Favors
Reorganize Registry
Set up Shuttle service for OOT at hotel
Parent Gifts
Marriage certificate


I'll update the rest when I'm more awake.

Parents gifts (know what we are getting- just need to order)
FG dress
Officially order invites
GM Gifts (Again, we just need to order them)
Order favors
Finalize menu (cant do until 1 month before)
Buy tiara, shoes and DOJ

Thats it! We did EVERYTHING so far in advance that I am bored!

Uggghhhh I got excited that I belonged on this thread.. Until I looked at your list and realize I have so much mor to do after being a part of her day (MOH)... Heres what I can think of off the top of my head.. i am off of work this week so hopefully I can get a lot of it done


Going with the FG to get measured for her dress
Favors- and donations
table numbers wtih easals( DIY)
wedding day shoes and slippers
undergarments for wedding day
Book Honeymoon
Book rehearsal dinner
Harpist for ceremony
officiant
day of jewelry ----- MY list is getting too long
order and send out invitations
Get passport notarized and send out( I tried to dot his today but the bank told me they dont do it on Sundays HUH!!!)

Bridal party gifts
Flyer to put on tables about the donations
FH gift for the day of
pick music for everyone to walk in to and to dance with parents to.
