When are you sending or when did you send you invites and what is your RSVP date?!?

I sent them out yesterday and the RSVP is for May 31st : )

Hopefully sending them out by May 1st....they are suppose to come in tommorow.

I'm sending mine out this week. I'm using June 1st for reply by date. And just be careful, price of stamps is going up for may in case you didn't already know (i found out just the other day).

I am thinking i should of made my RSVP date a little later.I just have to finish stuffing the enevelopes and then i will send them out. My RSVP date is June 1st.. You think it is too early??

NO WAY! Not for a summer wedding. In fact, they told me at many different places (RH, favor place, church) that when you have a summer wedding you CAN'T use the 4 week rule that a lot of places give you. You should always add on at least another week-three weeks to notify people early enough. People need to know as early as possible to work their summer vacations around it (the close family and friends that would do such a thing) and believe it or not, Save The Date or not, they WILL forget exactly when it is when booking big trips...just always seems to happen that way. I know that I have to go to the RH the first week in June to look at table linens, give an 'almost final count', choose a cake and do some stuff.....It'll be better to have the numbers close to done by then.
