Well... when they signed the contract they changed the contract to something we said NO WAY to. SO when told them that is a deal breaker... so now they changed the contract back. Our lawyer received a faxed copy and should get the official copy today. Then after we sign that then we are OFFICIALLY in contract.

I haven't been on this board in a couple of days, but I was looking forward to hearing all about your new house! Did they say how much longer it would be? Sounds like it could be as soon as tomorrow?

I do have to give you credit for having the 'grapefruits' to put your foot down on the BS things this seller has proposed. I am not sure what conditions they wanted... but some people might have caved in and signed already.

Basically they have to do what we say because otherwise they are going bankrupt and will just LOSE the house... so it is in their best interest to do what we say so we will buy it! I learned that from YOU!
