I need help making a list. All vendors are booked, but when I try to organize details the list goes on forever, and a lot of stuff relies on responses....I need help!

1-2 months before:
Print programs
Assemble programs
Print menus
Make pew bows
Fill bathroom baskets
Buy stuff for OOT bags
Fill OOT bags
Make Table Names
Assemble favors
Get Bridal Party gifts
Get parent gifts
Make day-of timeline
Finalize Must-Take Photo list for photographer
Create Instruction sheet for Reception Hall
Size wedding bands
Engrave wedding bands
Print placecards
Final dress fitting
Final Meeting with Florist
Final Meeting with DJ
Final Meeting with DOC
Meet with church for ceremony details
Book HM flights
Make folder with passports and all HM documents
Create Floorplan
Get marriage license

1 week before:
Order breakfast for wedding day (to be delivered to hotel)
Confirm limos
Confirm rehearsal time
Confirm all vendors
Box up everything for reception hall
Label all boxes with all contents
confirm HM
Drop off boxes, placecards, and floorplan to reception hall
Pack for HM
Pack for wedding day (if staying in hotel)
Make list for hotel of all guests who will be receiving OOT bags
Create tip envelopes
Go to bank and get $$$ for tip envelopes
Get Nails done
Get massage
Confirm hair and makeup for wedding

ok, so I already assembled the bottles for the favors, and the wedding programs.... just need to fill the favor bottles, and do the place cards...

there is a list I'm making which most websites don't tell people to do...

It's the 'DON'T FORGET TO BRING THE XXXX' LIST

on it are things like cake servers, toasting flutes, card box, ring pillow, bubbles and programs...... you get the point...

I'm also creating organized 'stashes' with those items collected into giant mounds...
