so, what do you have left to do? we WERE in a good spot. Programs done, most placecards are done (just late entries remain), BUT, I realized this week, that we still have soooo much to do!

here's our to-do list:

finish favors
last fitting
finish picking out make-up
find snack foods/drinks and assemble OOT'er bags
ohmigod! ALL VENDOR MEETINGS
pick out first dance song
finish program basket

you know what I'm most apprehensive of? Organizing the 300 boxes for all the vendors... deliver OOT'er bags, box for church (programs/bubbles), one for hall (placecards / votives/ card box), florist (votives, shells), bakery (cake topper),

I know we'll forget the rings, at the rate I'm flaking out!

Reading your to do list just freaked me out, lol!! I need to be more together like you!!!

I think right now I'm freaking out becuase of the all the vendor meetings, and remembering to bring everything to their different destinations.

It requires WAY too much organization.

Well the only things we have left to do are the following

Get license
Start Programs
Finalize seat arrangments
Finish place cards
Finalize with the Baker
Finalize with the caterers
Pick up attnendant gifts
Finalize dress fittings

most of it is just to finalize things but everything is already booked. As far as the guys they just have to pick up their tuxes and all cermony things are done.

Me too! All of the above and meet at vineyard to fix all of the stuff they lost , church readings and vows, band song list, it goes on, don't remind me. And what is worse, FH is away this weekend so that leaves 4 weeks left!
