JUNE Brides RSVP DATE....What should it be

The wedding is June 14th, 2008 and I am not getting my invites till first week in April, was a little late in deciding, oops. They will be out by April 7th, was thinking about April 21st as the RSVP date, is that too early? The FH thinks it should be May 1st, but I have a lot of peple staying in the hotel and they release all rooms i have not used in the block by may 13th.
I just think, since we sent out STD's that once people get the invite they know whether they are coming or not, please we have a RSVP for our vineyard trip the next day, and I need to make sure that I have enough limo buses for our family and friends. I have to decide by monday with the invite people since it goes to print tuesday, HELP!!!!!!!

i think that youre not giving your guests enough time to rsvp, you're only giving them 2 weeks to do so and usually they are given about a month to rsvp. I am REALLY late lol well i hope to finish them this week since now ive been put in a ridiculous dilemma but even still i am making my rsvp May 1st just so i can give my guests 4 weeks to rsvp. Actually they'll have a little less than 2 weeks bc if you send out the 7th they will obviously get it after the 7th, although many will get it the next day the oot guests wont. So they'll have about 10-11 days to rsvp. I am cancelling my invitation order and i already paid a deposit bc she is taking ALOT longer than promised and was only going to give me 2 weeks for my guests to rsvp

PLUS i think many will still give you late RSVPS bc they'll look at your wedding date and think they still have time regardless since its over a month before

sorry that i agree with your FH, but honestly it'll even be best for you.

I am sending mine out April 1st RSVP date May 3rd and my wedding June 28th
I think you should give the guests about 1 month to RSVP, even thougth they have already gotten the STD's
