Ceremony:
Obtain Marriage License
Gather requirements for religious ceremony (baptismal certificates, divorce decrees, etc)
Plan ceremony: music selections, readings, etc
Create a “wedding box” to gather your ceremony accessories (marriage license,
Candles, ring pillow, basket, guest book) and assign someone to transport.

Pictures:
Must-Take photo list
Give copies of must-take photo lists, etc to DOC

Favors:
Make Donation (favors)
Shop for Almond Candies and Order

Gifts:
Chose parents gifts
Purchase Parents Gifts

Reception:
Plan reception: first dance song selection, parent dances
Establish seating arrangements
Select and order wedding cake(may 1st)
Do not play/must play lists for DJ/Band
Finalize menus, song selections, timelines, and all details with all vendors
Make or order menus (may 1st)
Prepare Day-of Timeline with DOC
Confirm all final payments, schedule, pick up times, and head count, etc with all vendors
Prepare a “reception box” for accessories such as guest books, cameras, toasting
Goblets, cake toppers, etc., and assign someone to transport
Prepare any speeches or toasts
Finalize with Vendors Flowers, Photos, Music, etc
Create bathroom baskets

Wedding Prep and other Wedding responsibilities:
Set aside time to write thank you notes for shower gifts
Attend bachelor(ette) parties
Schedule Hair trials with 2nd makeup trial in MAY
Pick up Veil May 14th
Attend gown fittings April 23rd- 1st fitting
Break in wedding day shoes
Make sure you have something old, new, blue, and a six pence in your shoe (almost done)
Prepare day-of emergency kit

Call guests who have not RSVP'd


Honeymoon:
Shop & pack for Honeymoon
Confirm HM reservations and travel arrangements
Pack for Honeymoon

Dress fitting 2 weeks and then hopefully final fitting
