hmmm...that seems like a pretty big difference on the hips. Maybe it won't be too bad though since the skirt isn't fitted. Can you ask a seamstress if the alterations would work?

Yes, her mother is going to ask a friend of hers that is a seamstress. But, I'm impatient and was hoping the liweddings girls would have an immediate answer for me!

Yeah...I dont know. The hips might be a problem. I've heard that they can only take a dress in 3 sizes before it starts to alter the look of the dreess. Not sure if this is true or not.

I think they should be able to alter it to her...I've seen seamstresses do some crazy s**t to dresses!!
But I guess it would helpful to ask someone who is a professional!
