did anyone recently get the jury duty questionaire that u have to fill out in pencil??? do u have to fill it out--it says send it in in 10 days......???

No- it's optional. I filled mineout in blood, and sent it in after 12 days.

Just be aware.....I filled out the Questionaire in January and I just go the Juror Summons the other day.

I had gotten it 2 or 3 times before and never filled it out and then i got a letter saying that if i didn't fill it out i could go to jail. so i filled it out and like 3 or 4 months later i got a jury duty summons. I postponed it for august.
