Just a bit stressed- ahhhhh
We have been living together for a while and bought a house in Selden 2 years ago. Mark is a cop in the city and I work in Hicksville, and the commute is killing us. So this poast weekend we decided to put the house up and look for a house in Nassau, we are both from there originally. Our wedding is 12/15/02, so now towards the end of all the planning, and doing all the extra things like programs, favor cards, fittings, song selections, writing and sending invites, etc here we are showing our house and looking for another one.
Just thought I'd let you all know just in case I need a place to vent once in a while, you would all know the underlying circumstances. I know we are nuts for doing this now, but I think it will save our sanity in the long run.

oy vey.. I can imagine what you are going through.. it must be so stressful!! if you have need to vent or any questions or need any help with anything, just vent on girlie!! and look on the bright side, at least you guys have the kind of relationship that you could see what was hurting your relationship and instead of letting it go unnoticed, you did something about it!!
you should be happy!

I own a 1 bedroom condo that Scott and I live in. We both want to get a house but with everything going on there is no way I can handle it all. I give you a ton of credit for even attempting to do it all. Good Luck with finding your new home and selling your old one. YOu should let us know about the house- lots of brides here are looking to buy,

Yes, definitely post on the Newlywed side because I know they are looking as well.I started looking back in April and it got too stressful for me.
Try to remain calm and it will all work out!
Best of luck to you!

Re: Just a bit stressed- ahhhhh
Thank you all for all of your support. For all who asked the house is a 3 bedroom ranch, 1 bathroom. We did the roof, siding and windows when we moved in 9/00-10/00. We also at that time did the exterior doors, regular and storm. We just finished the bathroom in June, so that is completly redone, and the kitchen is new as well. It was done before we moved in, but it's nice washed oak cabinets with gray countertops. All the interior doors are raised panel. There is a full finished basement with a storage room, wet bar and a nice brick fireplace. We put in central air conditioning last summer. If I could pick it up and take it with me I would.
We redid the whole thing just so we could move.. lol... you have to laugh.
