I went to go have lunch with my friend today, and almost got mugged in an area mall, a mall that I always thought was safe. This happened inside the mall. security told me there are no cameras in the malls except Roosevelt field. I am okay, just shaken up, I ran like h ell when they tried to inclose me , it turns out it was probably gang related. Just wanted to warn all of you to be careful !

WHICH MALL WAS IT. You have to tell us !!! Please !!! I go to the malls by myself all the time. If FH finds out about this, he won't let me go anymore.

When I was 15 I worked for a card store in Green Acres mall and one day I was in the basement bringing stuff up on a L cart that just came off a truck, and I saw a group of teenagers out of the corner of my eye...I have no idea what they were doing in the basement because it is usually only employees, and truck drivers and cats down there lol.
Well all I heard was come on lets get him....I looked and saw them all running towards me, so I took off, and ran through the long corrider that leads to the elevator, prayed that the elevator door would open and close by the time I got in it.....and give me time b4 the kids came.....
Thank god it did. I made it back to the store, all sweaty....and the manager is like where is the stock...So I told her what happened and Said I quit. Its not worth it to me to work here.
That was the last time I would work in any mall....and if I have to go to Green Acres mall, I will only go there at 9am on a weekday or sunday, when no one is there. Scott
I won't go to Green Acres anymore. I was there years ago during the stabbing in Victoria's Secret...very scary...
