Just a warning to you girls ....

I know i've posted this before but it seems to have gotten pulled so I'm going to re-post without the vendor name:

there's a certain bridal store in Farmingdale which is AWFUL. Please do yourselves a favor and never ever even enter that store!

Yep I COMPLETELY agree!!! I was a moh in my friends wedding last year and we ordered our dresses and she ordered her dress from there. They were the absolute RUDEST people I have ever encountered working in the bridal industry. Every single person there, including the seamstresses, just had the nastiest attitudes. Not to mention they are a RIP OFF!!

After our dresses came in, we took them and got them altered somewhere else!

Oh, and they didn't call us either. 3 weeks after our bm dresses were supposed to be in, I went with my friend to see her try on her wedding gown, and asked them to check to see if the dresses were in. Well, it was as if I was asking her to donate blood to me or something. She refused to do it till the third time I asked, and explained to her it was supposed to be there 3 weeks ago!!!

Needless to say, the dresses came in a month and a half after they promised they would.

I really hope they go out of business bc they don't treat customers right at all!

thats ridiculous you think they would be a lot nicer bec businesses can def go out of business with word of mouth esp on this website.. one person says one bad thing about a vendor and no one will use them again.. they messed with the wrong girls

i had the same issue with them,

I walked in just to try a dress on, told them I wasnt going to buy at that moment, and the girl said kind of under her breath, but loud enough to hear

ummmmm helllloooo at some point I WILL need to buy the dress, so you better start being a a little nicer to me

amazing how people think that we OWE them something. sorry but there are a million bridal salons in long island, and my $1500 will be more than welcome somewhere else!

We had the same experience. They didn't listen to anything that I wanted, FH kept asking them the same question over and over again (as well as my MOH) and they just ignored them, then my sister asked about BM dresses, and they told her they were closed. I was literally still in the dress that I was trying on!

We went elsewhere

i couldnt believe how amazingly unprofessional they were. and it pissesss me off because they have the dress that I am in love with for a reasonable price too, but at this point i would rather pay more for better service than deal with b!tches!
