To answer your so eloquently posed questions - Not to torture myself, but to clear out some sh!t that I feel like I'm carrying around with me. No literal sh!t, but I just feel like I need to cleanse for awhile. - I will shower so...I won't smell more than usual. - FH will still get BJs. eta: spit it out style.
