just an FYI - Erga Bakery is being sold ...

I had a cake tasting at Erga Bakery yesterday and was told that the bakery was being sold to a new owner. They said that the new owner will still be doing wedding cakes so i'm really not 100% sure how it would affect us.

If you're getting married in the next few weeks and are getting your cake from Erga, i'd double-check that everything is correct though (just in case).

Use a Taste of Home! They were amazing. We're still getting compliments about how fantastic the cake was. People were saying that mostly they don't care for wedding cake but this was amazing! The Hubby is planning on getting my Birthday cake from there and it's way out of out way. We don't live on LI!

Thanks for the suggestion, but Erga is included with my RH package so we'll prob be sticking with them ... i just wanted to give a heads up to anyone else whose RH uses them

I was there yesterday for a tasting too.... We must have just missed one another...

I can't believe that they are selling... I didn't get a clear answer but she said that whoever is taking over will be able to fulfill our cake order .......

Yeah, but i was so confused about why she would even TELL us that in the first place, if it doesn't affect us at all!! I'm going to call them about a week before my wedding to double-check that the order is in the book and is correct.
