Just an update on E-party

I've been so busy planning the e-party BBQ. It's this Sat.We have 60 people coming! I'm having it at my house. I did the favors, I decided on giving Hurricane glasses filled with shredded paper (the color of pina coladas) and a pina colada recipe and umbrella in it. They came out really nice, I did them myself. I'll post a pic after the BBQ.
I also made potted plants with silk flowers to give to all the parents and they'll serve as decoration too. I'll post pics after Sat..

There is still so much to do. I'll post afterward to let you all know how it turned out.

Well it's at my house in the backyard! I never thought there would be so much preparation but it is. I hope we get good weather that's what is worrying me most. Thanks!
