Just back from a bachelorette party
I just had a nice weekend in Atlantic City, and thought I would share a few things with you girls:
1 - anyone looking to do Atlantic City should plan on making it a 2-night thing. We got there on Saturday around 2pm and left Sunday @ noon (because people were coming from all over). we didn't have any time to go to the casinos or anything. We partied in the room, went to dinner, and then to a club.
2 - Plan any breakfasts in advance. Many places require reservations. And many stop serving @ 11:00 am. So, plan it the night before, because if you wait until everyone wakes up and showers to get a consensus, you may miss it.
3 - do not let the lightweight do shots. This was by far the most annoying part - the one girl (we're all 28) who still gets falling-down throwing-up drunk. We all spent most of the night taking drinks from strange guys out of her hands and keeping her near our table. There were at least 2 separate occassions where guys were trying to get her out of the club or in a corner, and we had to pull her back to our spot where we could keep an eye on her.
The trip was nice, because I love my girls esp the one who is getting married that I don't get to see alot. But I just wish it had been planned and coordinated better so we had more a schedule and alot less 'what do we do next'
