just because...

So my FH and I went to check out one place for our wedding on saturday..I shall not name it....but 1) it was AWEFUL and 2) the girl who showed us around and who would have been our coordinator was such a B****. Like really? Don't they know that they have to 'KISS' butt to brides....she was so nasty....could never work wth someone like that.

I tell you looking for the perfect place is hard!

That stinks. FH and I had two really awful RH experiences and a couple of eh ones before we found the one we loved. Keep looking!

I had a similar experience with one RH. The banquet manager was terrible...made it seem like we were taking up her time when she was the one late to the appointment. And she refused to let me ask questions...and was rolling her eyes at my father whenever he asked something. In the middle of the meeting I turned to my mother and asked if we could leave. I meant to call the owner or GM b/c it's a great location, but I hated the woman so couldnt even consider it

We TOTALLY had an appointment. She was annoyed by every question we asked....LIKE HELLO?????????? we are paying for all of this...it's not like you are letting us get married here for FREE!!!!!

She was so rude I kept thinking that even if the place was nice, I would NEVER want to have her to work with.

But there is good that came out of this. There is a place I love which the FH liked a lot but now likes a heck of a lot more thanks to our horrible experience...YAY!!!!!!!

i had a similar situation at an RH i went to see. we had an appointment & we drove 45 miles & during the meeting the BM turned around & said the place was 'too pricy' for us. well my mom told him her opinion.

& since we said we were having 125 people he refused to show us the 'bigger room'.

we had experience too at one place...i was like how do they expect me to book with them when they were rude... the talked money with us before even showing us the rooms.... rude

yea... thats a def turn off. Maybe she was just having a bad day but still. What if that bad day happened to be your wedding day?

i know someone who had a bad experience with a banquet manager at a RH... she gave them a bad attitude and then went into another room and started cursing very loudly... i can't believe how they would be rude to you, when, aren't they trying to sell you to book at their RH? its so weird.
