FINALLY! Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma and we booked a Trolley from Classic Trans to take our guests back and forth!

Now I just need to finish my invites, OOT boxes, and all the rest of my stupid DIYs and I might actually be ready!

I was also looking at the trolley- it's just wayyy out of my budget at this point.
I am going to end up paying $200 for a round trip shuttle from the hotel to Russo's and back for our OOT guests- was hoping to get them something nicer for the same price but everyone wants at least $500 and up for it.

Re: JUST BLOCKED HOTEL ROOMS AND BOOKED SHUTTLE!!!
yea this was $850, but i blocked 35 rooms....I think alot of people are staying so i needed something big or multiple shuttle vans- this was actually the cheapest option
