What's a sibling class? does he learn how to do stuff for the baby? changing diapers, etc

What's a sibling class? does he learn how to do stuff for the baby? changing diapers, etc
It's an hour long, costs $25, and they watch a video of how they can help out with the baby and things that they shouldn't do without a parent in the room. He also has to bring in a picture of himself and he makes a welcome card for the baby telling all about himself, and then he gets a tour of the nursery. It sounds so cute!
