Just Booked Chateau Briand for our 2/2012 wedding!!!!

After seeing over 15 reception halls from Long Island City to Smithtown and meeting with multiple banquet sales managers, we have finally decided upon a venue for our February 2012 wedding and it is (drum roll, please) Chateau Briand!

From the minute we walked into Chateau Briand we loved the art deco decor and the fact that Chateau Briand has a completely different style from ALL of the other venues we have seen.

What made our decision even easier was meeting our banquet sales manager extraordinaire, Susan, who has been an absolute DREAM! Unlike some of the of the other fast-talking, frigid, banquet sales managers we previously met, Susan was very warm, accommodating and patient. She made us feel comfortable from the start, took time to explain everything in-depth and answered all of our questions with ease. As she gave us a tour of the facility, she gave us a detailed verbal description of how our wedding would be and we were sold (almost)!

We were skeptical, at first, because we read some negative reviews about the food and heard some negative reviews from a family member who attended a Christmas party there last year, but our worries were put to rest when Susan arranged a food tasting for us to attend and the food was nothing short of AMAZING. Susan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to please her clients.

Customer service and satisfaction are definitely #1 with this business and I am confident that my future hubby and I found the perfect place for us to have our 'dream wedding.'
