Just Booked Duet

I have done exhaustive research on LIW, and the amount of information on here has been just AMAZING. I just booked Duet last weekend, and after meeting with Nicole and Eric, I'm very excited. They have wonderful work, and offer a package price that is, essentially, giving me my DJ for free (don't ask - it's how I think about these money issues).

My question, however, is this: to past Duet users, who were your actual photographers? I was told that I will have Alberto and Woo, but that Duet has another team as well. So, did anyone have Alberto and/or Woo as your Duet photographers? How did it go?? Did you like the product you got back?

Exactly!!! I live out of state, too, so this site has been both such a great source of information, but such a time suck from my job. I keep thinking i'm going to get fired!!

Just have to find someone to marry us now!

Are you using them too? Who is covering your wedding? I'm trying to find out if there are different experiences with different photographers. I'm having Alberto and Woo. Have you spoken with the people who will be shooting your wedding? I'm so nervous that I'm making a mistake...

I think Woo was one of my photographers but i really can't remember. I posted some of my proofs. I don't know if you got to see them.

I really loved working with them. I met my photographers at my casual day but not before. Although i really didn't ask to meet with them. I think because they don't have a whole bunch of photographers or they don't hire from outside.

Congrats! I know what you mean about the DJ!

Plus i loved my proofs. It also doesn't take as long to get proof, and your finished product back. I got my proofs in about 2 weeks.

I loved your pictures -- especially the one of you with sunglasses. You look so cool. Did you have any difficulty communicating to them what you wanted -- or did you pretty much let them do their thang?

I'm pretty postive(about 98 %) Alberto & Woo were our photographers & they were great! I had absolutely no problem communicating w/them. I've only got my proofs back(due to my own issues) & I love them! There posted on here somewhere(oh, & I should add because of a limo screw up I did not get to take my pics were I wanted to & the Duet team was great about it & found places at my hall to take my pics).
