Just booked my reception hall!!

AHHHH i Just booked my reception hall for my 5/07 wedding...its gonna cost me roughly 25k THE HALL ALONE!!! when i put my deposit i was like i hope i didnt exceed my credit card limit!!! Someone make me feel better about this whole $$ thing!! hehehe I am so suffer from 2nd guessing myself! :)

You are in GREAT hands... The Food is AMAZING, the people are AMAZING, the place is AMAZING... I've been to a ton of weddings on LI and The Crescent and Carlyle were the two that stood out by far..

People are still raving about the food...

Do a search on some of our posts and we did a short quick review that were supposed to add to - Still waiting on pics....

But, believe me, you have nothing to worry about.... Those people know how to run a wedding and stick by you the whole time.

Since we're paying for it ourselves, I have no right to get married there either - and every day I question why we're spending so much money on the hall when I see other people getting so much for less money.....but I love everything about the crescent! I know that in the end I won't question it for a second!

I'm going to a wedding there next week, so I'm going to try to take pictures to post.

Good choice - now get to saving money!

Congrats!!! Weddings in general cost a ton of $$, you'll see when you start ordering everything else how quickly it adds up! BUT its also one of the most important days of your life so its worth it IMO!! Good luck planning!

P.S. Ive never been to the Crescent but Ive seen pics and it looks beautiful!!!

It is such a relieving feeling! Booking the hall is the BULK of the wedding and definately more than the bulk of the budget.... This site is addicting!
