I'm so excited I just booked my trip to Cancun!!!! We decided to go to the Oasis Playa, Dec 6th- 9th for our 4 year anniversary!!! We got a great deal... The hotel is all inclusive, 3 nights for $383 for both of us and our airfare is $108 roundtrip!! I love my job I was nervous about the Oasis hotel but I booked through an airline discount company and they assured us if for any reason we are unhappy with our hotel they will move us to another hotel. I'm not sure what tours we want to do yet but I know we are definately going to swim with the dolphins!! I'm sooooo excited.

I stayed at the oasis cancun 5 years in a row (not spring break but near that time frame) it was a great hotel (haven't been in 3 -4 years though) the oasis playa is the sister hotel more low key you will have a great time!

Yeah we were looking for a little low key. Can we use the facilities & restaurants at the other Oasis hotels??? Do you have any recommendations for must do tours or sights?? We're going to swim with the dolphins and we're also considering doing the horseback riding, Xcaret or the Tulum/Xel-Ha tour. Thanks!

check out Xel-Ha...it's natural eco-park near Tulum (about 1hr south) It's a great place to snorkel, cliff dive, or just float around on a raft.

congrats!! i love cancun
if you swim with the dolphins....you should do it at the aquarium...i did it at both the aquarium and the water park, and i just didn't like the one at the water park. the area you swim in is kind of slimy...it grossed me out big time.

Yeah we're going to do the dolphin swim at the interactive aquarium, we found it to be the cheapest.

I just posted about staying in Florida. We want to do it all for under $600! I would totally do the international thing but I need to renew my passport and I don't have enough time lol.
