Hi Everyone, I just booked the Westbury Manor for my wedding! It was a bit more per plate than I was hoping to pay, but I just feel in love with it and we went for a food tasting and it was amazing.
My BM is Felicia. my question is: has anyone had any experience with her? any advice?
someone told me that their friend got married there and the day of the wedding, they forgot a few things that were promised. anyway, just panicking I guess.

Congrats! You'll love it there! I had Inez as a BM and she was great! She was extremely attentive the entire night and happily brought me anything I needed - usually before I even had to ask for it! I'm sure that all the BM's are great! Congrats on booking WM!

My original BM Nargis is no longer there so now I work with Felicia. I've never heard one negative review of WM. Just make sure to tell her what you want, I'm sure it will be fine.

congrats on booking! we spoke to felicia originally when we were looking around at RH. She was very nice and quick to answer questions/return calls and tried to throw other things into the package. In the end, we chose another RH (due to date availability), but I've heard alot of great things on WM. My brothers reception will be here next year

I have Felicia and she is so nice and bubbly.. You'll love her. I go to her for advice or when my Fiance and I need a final decision maker, I can't say enough nice things about her. I really couldn't ask for anyything more. She is the reason why we booked Westbury Manor... we looked at a long list of places and she was the only one really interested in me and what I wanted and made me feel like I was home.

I just booked at Westbury Manor too and Felicia is our BM. I actually requested her from a friends referal. my friends' sister is getting married there is Sept and is working with Felicia and told us that she's sooo terrific. We met her and she showed us around. She's so person-able and totally helped us out. A really terrific all-around person and we were happy to sign with her. Good Luck with your wedding!

yes they give you $100 certificate to use in their restaurant and that's supposed to be your 'tasting' since the food they serve in the restaurant is the food they serve as the entree
