I jsut bought Tae bo The original ones that were sold on Tv I am going to start them tonite does anyone have any imput on these? Are they good? Do they work?
I need a fun workout routine something that will make me w ant to workout.

Yes! I love Tae Bo. They definitely worked for me. It is a great cardio workout. Need to add in weight training to get the best results but they are great. Now I have started Tae Bo bootcamp...kicking my butt

Tae Bo is a great cardio workout! It really defines your muscles - I had lots of results.
