Just called Flowers by Emil...

...and he has no appts. until Jan.

I will be visiting Signature florist sometime this weekend.

I went through the same thing with Carmine. I couldn't get an appointment for three/four months, and I couldn't afford to wait that long. Every time I told them when my wedding is, they told me to come back 4/5 months before the wedding....

When the appointment finally did come around, I received a VERY nasty FM and voicemail from him stating that I had no common courtesy to call to cancel or reschedule, when I had in fact called and emailed and left two v.m.'s to do so. By that time, I had already booked.

Definitely didn't want to deal with that...

did u try flowers by michelle? we didn't book our florist yet, but i talked with them at fox hollow's event last week and they were very nice...i am planning on meeting with them after they relocate. they are moving from suffolk to nassau - jericho turnpike, by jericho terrace.
